The use of services that are provided by TheSocializer authorize arrangement to these terms. By using TheSocializer services you admit that you have acknowledged the following Terms of Service of this agreement.

    • Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.
    • The TikTok account and the account’s posts must be opened before the Order and during its delivery.
    • Trial (free) Packages of TikTok Likes, Followers or Views can be used only once, as a test for our services.
    • Typing errors on this website are reserved.
    • We have no affiliation with TikTok.
    • If there are any contradictions with anything that has something to do with our website, and/or our Terms Of Service, the Terms Of Service rules are always right and applicable. So even if another page (1) on our website states something that is contradictory to our Terms Of Service, the information on the other page (1) is not observed. Instead, the Terms of Service on our website are always right.
  • Service
    • The services that are offered on our website consist of social media promotion. We agree to advertise the TikTok account that you specify until you receive the amount of followers, likes or views that you ordered and paid for. The delivery time frame is our targeted speed of delivery. The actual speed of delivery may vary.
    • You can agree on using this website and can accept this agreement if you are at least 13 years of age.
    • TheSocializer will be used only for promotional purposes for your TikTok posts and account.
    • TheSocializer does not guarantee that your purchased followers will interact with your posts. We guarantee that you will get the amount of followers for which you pay.
    • You will not order our packages for content that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable by the TikTok community.
    • We request that you provide a Public TikTok account and posts and not set to private till the order is delivered. Orders placed for private TikTok accounts or posts or that become private before the order is completed may be canceled without a refund.
    • To track the progress of your orders we use your TikTok accounts follower, likes or views count. By using any other promotional service/website/method/app that changes your follower count in any way may cancel your orders that are not yet completed, and you will not receive a refund. However you may use other promotional service/website/method/app for your account once all orders have been completed
  • Free Refill
    • We are the only one in the industry who will give you free refills on all of your orders in case you lose any followers.
    • P.S: Please be informed that If you buy followers from any other website, vendor you will not be entitled to get a free refill.
    • P.S: We only give refills up to 30 days of your last order with us. After 30 days there will be NO free refill.
    • Our system works on start count and end count. We will give you a refill ONLY if your account has less than the end count (which is the number of followers/ likes or views plus the ordered number of followers/ likes or views). For example, If you place an order of 500 followers while having 50 followers when you placed the order, you are entitled to get free refills ONLY if your followers count is less than 550 followers.
    • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF ANY DROP DOWN OR FREE REFILL if you placed an order to other vendors, after successfully delivered order.
    • Our system is unable to give you free refills automatically or manually, if you change your TikTok username . To get a free refill, you need to revert your username back to that on which you placed the order.
    • We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on our followers, up to a maximum (limit/cap) of 10,000 (dropped) Followers.
  • Payment
    • Payments are processed using PayPal's secure system, with no sensitive financial information being input through our website. Secure method of accepting payments is processed using SSL encryption.
    • You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree with what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank.
    • Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, claim, unauthorized transaction or chargeback, we grant the right, if necessary, to ban your IP address from this website and you allow us to take legal actions against you.
    • No partial or full refunds will be issued for service interruption, failure or anything else unless your order does not get delivered at all.
    • By purchasing anything from this website, you agree to PayPals Terms of Service and state to not break any of their rules.
    • For card payments, you will receive the invoice on the indicated email as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  • Refund policy

    Since TheSocializer is offering non-tangible and irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

    However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place regarding the aspect of the service we supply.

    Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

    • non-delivery of the product: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
    • product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by TheSocializer is required upon your continued use of our website or software.
